Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a product just is not what you were expecting or you no longer need it. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, return it within 30 days for an exchange or return.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS:

  • Items must be in new condition and returned in appropriate protective wrapping so that they may be restocked and resold. 
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item arrives damaged, you receive the wrong part, or the item has a manufacturing defect.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to verify that their OEM part number matches the compatible parts listed for each product, or that the dimensions match their refrigerator. 
  • Returned items must be received by Halk Marine within 14 days of receiving notification of your intent to return.

RETURN PROCESS:

  1. Please confirm your item is returnable by communicating with us by email.
  2. Please ship the merchandise in it’s original packaging and protective wrapping from your nearest post office or shipping store.
  3. You will receive your refund if eligible within 5 business days of receipt of returned products.
